Charles is a Chartered Economist and Regeneration Professional. As a chartered surveyor for 20+ years, he led the development of prestigious projects in many areas of the UK with public and private sector clients. Charles has recently completed a regeneration project in Durham in a sensitive conservation area converting a disused commercial development into a vibrant residential conversion. NOVACENE is currently working with Charles to deliver a residential conversion project at an historic Grade 2 listed mansion in Teesdale.
